Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Line a loaf tin with paper.
  3. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix.
  5. Pour the batter into the tin.
  6. Bake in the over for 40-45 minutes (until a toothpick comes out almost clean).
  7. Enjoy warm with butter or nut butter on top.
  8. You can also freeze the banana bread – cool it, slice it and freeze it. Then you can defrost in the toaster.
